Next we speak with the Director of the Burgundy Wine School, Brigitte Houdeline, who talks to us from the school’s location in Beaune, France. Lastly, one of the instructors of the Ecole du Vin de Bourgogne, Nicolas Tacquard, offers his insights on the wine and food pairing course offered by the school.
